Kyiv is Not Responding to Us, Peskov

Kyiv is not responding to either the draft memorandum or Russia's proposal regarding three working groups. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian President.

According to him, this is precisely why the Istanbul process is coming to a halt. “The Kyiv regime does not want to respond in any way to the questions we have posed. They are not responding to the draft document, nor to the specific proposal to create three working groups. We continue to strive to move towards a resolution,” said Peskov.
