How Can I Not Come, Where Can I Not Go? Pashinyan to Lukashenko

Ahead of the summit in Dushanbe, during an unofficial meeting of the CIS leaders, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan responded to a comment made by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko. Lukashenko had noted, "Ilham Heydarovich, you were worried that he wouldn’t come, I told you, Nikol Vovaevich is not going anywhere without us." In response, Pashinyan remarked, "How can I not come, where can I not go?"
