Father Aram and Father Taron Did Not Attend the Disciplinary Committee Meeting

The Mother See's Committee on Awards and Disciplinary Issues organized a meeting with Father Aram Asatryan and Father Taron Hunanian, but they did not attend the meeting. This was reported by the information system of the Mother See.

The committee convened for its regular session to discuss both disciplinary matters and the granting of awards related to church officials. A meeting with priests was also on the agenda.

“Considering that the priest fathers did not attend the meeting, it was not possible to carry out a complete discussion. We are hopeful that the priest fathers will take note, return to the canonical field, and present themselves in Holy Etchmiadzin to meet with the committee members,” the statement said.
