Dismissal in the Armed Forces General Staff: The President Has Signed a Decree

The President of Armenia, Vahagn Khachaturyan, signed a decree today, October 10, dismissing Levon Kasyan from his position.

“Based on the Prime Minister's proposal, in accordance with part 1 of Article 133 of the Constitution, as well as part 3 of Article 40 of the Law on Military Service and the Status of Military Personnel, Levon Kasyan is relieved from the position of Deputy Chief of Staff of the Special Military Corps,” the decree states.
