Why didn't you resolve the Nagorno-Karabakh issue? – Pashinyan to former presidents

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has released a video titled "Let me say something for a minute - 5," in which he addresses the rhetoric adopted by the three former leaders of Armenia.

"All three former leaders of Armenia have adopted such rhetoric. One says, 'We would have resolved the Nagorno-Karabakh issue in accordance with the Budapest document of 1994,' another says, 'We would have resolved it with the Key West document of 2001,' and the third claims, 'We would have done it with the Kazan document of 2011,' and they describe excellent solutions one after the other. Well, why didn't you resolve it?" Pashinyan says, directing his words to the three former leaders of Armenia.
