The Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenia, Vahan Kostanyan, commented during a press briefing on the reports circulating in the media that he had displayed inappropriate behavior at a café a few days ago.

"Naturally, I spend time with my friends, and regarding the incident at the café, it does not correspond to reality," said Kostanyan.

It is worth noting that according to the information from 168, Vahan Kostanyan, who was awarded the 1st class order for services rendered to the homeland, found himself at the center of a scandal due to an inability to control his love for alcohol. On October 4, he spent time at a bar in the center of Yerevan accompanied by a woman. Hours later, the already quite intoxicated couple left the bar and displayed indecent behavior in a public place. Vahan Kostanyan and his companion seemed to be arguing and insulting each other, with reports of them pulling and shoving each other.
