Hungary Agrees to EU Ban on Russian Gas Supplies
Hungary has agreed to the EU's ban on Russian gas supplies. The country has rejected the European Commission's proposal to include exemptions in the complete ban on the import of Russian liquefied natural gas starting from January 2027 as part of the 19th sanctions package.
According to portal sources, the positions of Slovakia and Austria regarding the adoption of the 19th sanctions package remain unchanged.
