Home Confinement Imposed on Colonel Maksudyan

In the case known as the "Sacred Struggle," the custody measure for Colonel Mihran Maksudyan has been changed.

According to the appellate court's decision, Maksudyan is now subject to home confinement, and a bail of 5 million drams has been set.

"Mr. Maksudyan is unable to pay the bail; however, his friends and relatives have expressed their willingness to cover the amount. My client will soon be transferred to home confinement, as the appellate court has revoked the custody measure," defense attorney Anna Mantashyan informed Newsam.
