Russia Calls on the U.S.

The Americans are to blame for the deterioration of relations between Russia and the United States, stated Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov.

“We are ready to build, but on the other side, we do not see any reciprocal movement,” he said. The “graveyard” of arms control agreements is expanding due to the destructive policies of the United States.

“Russia calls on the U.S. to consider the consequences of relocating the 'Tomahawk' missiles to Kyiv,” added the Deputy Foreign Minister.
