Should Students Take or Leave Their Phones: Both Mandatory and Prohibited

The Yerevan City Hall proposes to limit the use of mobile phones in schools. On the other hand, a contradiction arises: first-grade students are forced to use phones to access complete information included in their textbooks. Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andrasyan herself demonstrated how children can retrieve information about Mesrop Mashtots through QR codes included in textbooks.
