Discussion on Implementation Mechanisms for Free Medical Assistance Program in Artsakh

During a meeting at the Ministry of Health of Artsakh, various issues regarding the implementation mechanisms of the free medical assistance and service program for the population, as well as the program on in vitro fertilization, were discussed.

Minister Mikael Hayriyan emphasized during the working consultation held on January 8 that it is crucial to establish the legal and practical foundations for free medical assistance in the shortest possible time to thoroughly discuss these aspects and clarify the directions of state policy.

The head of the department also listened to proposals and opinions from responsible officials and department heads regarding ways to improve the healthcare system in Artsakh, as well as urgent issues that require immediate solutions.
