Munich Airport Halts Operations Due to Drone Sightings
Munich Airport has once again suspended operations due to the detection of drones. The German air traffic management service identified unmanned aerial vehicles around 21:30, leading to a temporary restriction and then a complete halt of flights at the airport.
Dozens of flights have been rerouted to other airports, canceled, or postponed to later dates. On Saturday morning, the airport gradually began to resume operations; however, delays in flights are expected throughout the day.
