Video: Terror Attack in Manchester Targets Synagogue Visitors

In Manchester, an unknown individual drove into a group of people near a synagogue and then attacked them with a knife, injuring four individuals. BBC reports that the assailant was shot dead by the police. British authorities are treating the incident as a terrorist attack.
