Ukraine Prepares to Export Weapons to the US and Europe, Zelensky Says

Ukraine is preparing agreements for the controlled export of weapons. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

“Today, reports were presented at headquarters regarding our long-term needs for the near future, up to the end of the year and beyond. The precision of our soldiers helps protect the entire country. We are planning contracts and production to ensure our arsenals are sufficiently stocked,” he said.

Zelensky also noted that exporting certain types of surplus weapons could provide Ukraine with additional funding for the production of systems that are currently lacking.

“Agreements already exist for exports in four directions: to the US, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. We will prepare the appropriate agreements,” added the Ukrainian leader.
