The person who confessed to the murder of Parakar Mayor Valodya Grigoryan and the officer of the criminal police Karen Abrahamyan is Gevorg Harutyunyan, a 20-year-old resident of the village of Mrdzavan and friend of Narek Ohanian. Gevorg was also very close to Grigor Ohanian, who was killed in February, and was among those involved in the incident of that day.
