Someone boasted they have Trump's WhatsApp number: why not call him? - Marukyan
The leader of the LHK, Edmond Marukyan, wrote on his Telegram channel: "After my post published yesterday morning, Pashinyan nonetheless responded to Aliyev, who also used the term 'Zangezur Corridor' from the podium of the UN: 'Such a term is not present in any agreements made in Washington, nor has it ever been in the Armenia-Azerbaijan negotiations. I think it makes sense for my Azerbaijani counterpart to clarify what he means by using that expression because, in the context of Armenian reality, it is understood as a territorial claim against Armenia and is associated with conflictual rhetoric,' said the Prime Minister of Armenia during his speech at the 80th session of the UN General Assembly.
What agreements have Pashinyan and Aliyev reached if there is even debate about the terms? Naturally, there will also be debate about the content because, from Aliyev's perspective, he has received a corridor, whereas Pashinyan's understandings are unclear to anyone. And these disagreements are presented and sold to our people as 'victory' and 'established peace.' In short, Pashinyan stated from the UN podium that there is no consensus on the agreements reached between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
Now, since Armenia, represented by Pashinyan, has not received security guarantees and has not demanded the creation of mechanisms for security assurance and dispute resolution, and there is a fundamental issue at hand, he is obliged to call President Donald Trump. It seems that it was declared that this is the only way to solve the problems.
Recently, someone was boasting that they have Trump's WhatsApp number. So why not call him? Just call him on WhatsApp!"
