Shooting at Michigan Mormon Church Leaves One Dead and Several Injured

One person has been killed and nine others injured in a shooting at a Mormon church in Michigan. The suspect has also died.

The shooting occurred at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Grand Blanc, located about 50 miles north of Detroit, according to Grand Blanc Police Chief William Renyen speaking to reporters. The church has also been set on fire.

Authorities have not released details regarding the condition of the victims. The building, which is surrounded by a parking lot and large lawn, is located near residential neighborhoods and adjacent to the Jehovah's Witnesses church in Grand Blanc.
