Authorities Aware of Exact Number of Victims and Injured: Khachatryan

“I believe the authorities are aware of the exact number of both victims and injured,” stated Arthur Khachatryan, a member of the National Assembly from the ‘Armenia’ alliance, during a briefing at the ‘Yerablur’ military pantheon. “They intentionally do not publish the names, depersonalizing the victims. When you give names, you understand that a specific girl or boy has died; when names are not provided, the victim becomes abstract,” he added.

“The authorities are doing everything possible to make us forget the pain and sorrow we bear,” Khachatryan remarked.

It is also noted that today marks the fifth anniversary of the 44-day war.
