Joe Biden Calls Vladimir Putin a ‘Butcher’
US President Joe Biden referred to Russian President Vladimir Putin as a 'butcher'. He told voters in North Carolina that the United States could defend Ukraine from the Russian president.
Biden discussed his initiative to raise the income tax on wealthy citizens from 8.2% to 25%. According to him, this could allow for the collection of hundreds of billions of dollars for the budget over the next decade.
“We can significantly reduce the federal budget deficit. There are so many things we could do in succession, including fully protecting Ukraine from the butcher Putin,” Biden said, with his remarks published on the White House website.
