Poland Urges Its Citizens to Leave Belarus Immediately

The Polish embassy in Minsk has announced that due to escalating tensions, the ongoing war in the region, and the arbitrary detentions of Polish citizens, the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs advises against any travel to Belarus. This was stated in a message from the Polish government.

In the event of a sharp deterioration in the security situation, border closures, or other unpredictable circumstances, evacuation could become significantly more difficult or even impossible.

The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs urges Polish citizens remaining in the Republic of Belarus to leave the country immediately.
