Starmer Defends London Mayor Amid Trump’s Complaints

Starmer has defended the Mayor of London, who has drawn criticism from Trump. In an interview with ITV, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom stated that there are many points on which he agrees with the President of the United States, but their stance on London’s peace will not change.

“The idea of introducing Sharia law is ridiculous. And Sadiq Khan is a very good man, and he is truly reducing the level of serious crime,” Starmer said.
