Torosyan on the Nervousness of Former Presidents and Pashinyan
The Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Arsen Torosyan, discussed with NEWS.am the issue of why Nikol Pashinyan has been actively posting about the three former presidents over the past two days, particularly showing a rather anxious reaction to posts related to Levon Ter-Petrosyan.
He stated, “It’s not just Nikol Pashinyan who is writing; we are all writing. Secondly, the notion of nervousness is exaggerated. The Prime Minister is raising specific questions, and ultimately, the most important question is, if they are so confident in all their claims, why are they avoiding a public debate in front of the people? Usually, such invitations are sent from the opposition to the government, and the government refuses if they have something to hide. However, we have the opposite situation, where we are the ones asking, insisting, inviting, and convincing them to come for a debate to show what actually happened and how it happened, and so on.”
