Unworthy Individuals Who Falsely Betray Their Own Country: Ruben Rubinyan on Former Presidents

The first three presidents of Armenia have all accused the country of provoking or declaring war against Azerbaijan. This was stated by the Vice President of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan, on his page.
