Azerbaijanis Have Also Equipped the 2nd Line: MediaHub

Recently, news circulated on the internet that an Azerbaijani sabotage-reconnaissance group has infiltrated towards the ravine of the Tegh and Aravus villages in the Syunik province. Allegedly, they left a message at a shrine stating: “We can enter your territory whenever we want, as much as we want, and do whatever we desire.”

MediaHub contacted a resident of Aravus village. He stated that the circulating news does not correspond to reality: “We have also read about it online, but I say that such a thing did not happen. In any case, there are no discussions or concerns of this kind in the village. There have not even been any shots fired towards our villages. Do not believe the rumors that are floating in the air. The only thing I can say with certainty is about what we have seen with our own eyes: unlike us, the Azerbaijani side has conducted quite a significant amount of engineering work towards our villages. They have equipped not only the frontline but also the second line.”

When asked if Azerbaijan is preparing for some operation, he replied, “I cannot speculate; I do not know.” He added, “The last incident that occurred in the Armenian-Azerbaijani border area was related to livestock in the village of Khnjoresk. 14 heads of livestock passed to the Azerbaijani side. They kept 2 and sent back 12 heads of livestock. Apart from that, no other incidents have occurred recently.”
