Several Pedestrian Crossings in Yerevan to be Regulated by 'Pedestrian Call' Mode

The Yerevan municipality has announced that starting from September 22, several pedestrian crossings in the city will be regulated by traffic lights operating in 'pedestrian call' mode.

The affected pedestrian crossings include the following:

  • Andranik Street near 75/10, 39/10 addresses
  • Middle section between P. Sevak 8 and 8/2 addresses
  • Halabyan Street near the ENT department of the Armenia republican medical center
  • Sarkavag Street near 14 address (next to the Armenian-Chinese school)
  • T. Petrosyan Street near 47/2 in Davidashen District 4
  • Near 106/5 David Bek Street (near the Agricultural College)
  • Intersection of Hrachya Tamrazyan and Riga streets
  • Aivazovsky Street – 39th Street of Nor-Aresh
  • Intersection of Khachik Dashtents and 35th Street of Nor-Aresh
  • Intersection of Khudyakov and 6th Street of Avan
