Hrachya Poghosyan Becomes Bronze Medalist at World Championship
Hrachya Poghosyan, a member of the Armenian Greco-Roman wrestling team, has won a bronze medal at the World Championship in the 60 kg category.
The bronze medalist from Europe competed against Serbia's Georgi Tibilov, who is also a bronze medalist in the World Championship and a European silver medalist, and claimed a hard-fought victory with a score of 1:1.
Poghosyan had previously lost to Uzbekistan's Alisher Ganiev in the 1/8 finals.
Armenia's Slavic Galstyan will also compete for a bronze medal.
It is worth noting that yesterday, in the 77 kg category, Malkhas Amoyan secured a gold medal.
