Will Mkhitaryan Participate in the Champions League Final?

The Champions League final between English club Manchester City and Italian club Inter will take place in Istanbul on June 10.

According to Italian outlet La Gazzetta dello Sport, Armenian footballer Henrikh Mkhitaryan from Inter is expected to recover in time to participate in the prestigious club competition's final. It has been reported that Mkhitaryan will heal from his injury before the final and will be available for selection, although he may not be in the starting lineup. Nonetheless, he is certain to participate in the match, likely coming off the bench.

It is worth noting that the Armenian player suffered an injury on May 16 during the Champions League semi-final match against AC Milan, being substituted in the 44th minute. Mkhitaryan sustained a quadriceps injury in his left thigh, which caused him to miss matches in Serie A against Napoli and the Coppa Italia final against Fiorentina.
