High-Level Talks with Azerbaijan Being Prepared in Russia

Russia is preparing for high-level negotiations with Azerbaijan aimed at finding ways to regulate relations between the two countries. This is reported by the Telegram channel ВЧК-ОГПУ.

"The talks are likely to take place in October. The agenda includes discussions on the investigation into the downing of an Azerbaijani aircraft by Russian air defense systems, the cessation of persecutions against prominent Russian figures of Azerbaijani descent, and the stop of politicized cases from both sides," ВЧК-ОГПУ reports.
