Samvel Karapetyan's Nephew Tries to Show He's Knowledgeable About Social Issues: Torosyan
Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Arsen Torosyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Samvel Karapetyan's nephew has once again appeared in a video message, this time trying to demonstrate that he is also 'knowledgeable' about the social sector. He mentioned that their proposal is for families with three or more children to buy apartments under favorable conditions.
This summarizes just how disconnected the 'close associates' are from the realities of the Republic of Armenia and the existing conditions within it. Before making such statements, it would be wise to skim through the state support programs and see that such supportive measures have long been in place.
In particular, within the framework of the State Support Program for the Housing of Families with Children, one-time financial assistance is provided by the government in two cases: when purchasing an apartment or building a residential house in regional areas, and when a child is born in a family repaying a mortgage loan.
P.S. Reinventing the wheel is a thankless task."
