VIDEO. Pashinyan on Paylasar
“There has been no positional change in Paylasar.” This was stated today, on October 27, by Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in the National Assembly. Responding to a question from Prosperous Armenia faction MP Narek Ghahramanyan, the Prime Minister said that the commander of the NSS border forces had already stated in the National Assembly yesterday that there has been no positional change.
