Crime has Infiltrated the Public Administration System: Hayk Marutyan

“I address my words to Nikol Pashinyan: Aside from your work in education, religion, and recently in theatrical consultancy, I ask you to also focus on your direct responsibilities. Crime has infiltrated the public administration system.” This statement was made by former Yerevan Mayor Hayk Marutyan in response to an incident of violence involving a city hall employee against a journalist.
