Pashinyan Proposes Constitutional Change

The real Armenia should become a guiding ideology not only for the government and the parliamentary majority but also for every citizen of the Republic of Armenia. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a conceptual message.

"The ideology of real Armenia has not been formulated, is not complete, and is not summarized in a document that one can refer to and adopt. The key purpose of this message is to present to you the draft of the ideology of the real, which we have developed during this time. I also want to address the following issue," he said.

The Prime Minister also noted that the adoption of a new constitution is essential, as all referendums held to adopt the current constitution lack significant legitimacy in public perception.
