Goris Deputy Mayor Menua Hovsepyan wrote: “The leader of the Goris community, Arush Arushanyan, was unlawfully and baselessly arrested. It is regrettable to note that all those who are fighting against pan-Turkism in the Syunik region are either being arrested or have already been detained in gross violations of the law and through illegal manifestations.”
