Armenia Will Not Receive Any Reciprocal Benefits: Tadevos Avetisyan

There is no documented agreement on the unobstructed transit of Armenian goods through Azerbaijani territory, while the unobstructed transit through Armenian territory is not only becoming a reality but is also being given specific institutional foundations. This was stated by Tadevos Avetisyan, a member of the "Armenia" parliamentary faction, during his speech at the National Assembly session.

According to him, in return, Armenia will not receive any reciprocal benefits, and the existing immeasurable risks will not be addressed in any way.

“For example, imagine becoming a businessman after losing your political power. Would you transport your products, accompanied by you, through 850 km of Azerbaijani territory to Russia by train or by car? Let this question be a point of reflection. Picture yourself in the role of a businessman, envisioning an 850 km journey with your capital, but you must accompany it, sit on the train, and move those goods or use a vehicle,” said Tadevos Avetisyan.
