Russian Transport Ministry Announces Opening of Krasnodar Airport

The Krasnodar Airport was opened for flight operations on September 11 at 09:00 Moscow time, as reported by the Russian Transport Ministry.

According to the agency's announcement, an interdepartmental working group established based on Rosaviatsiya has been working on issues related to ensuring the safety of civil aircraft flights at Krasnodar Airport.

It is noteworthy that Krasnodar Airport had not serviced aircraft since the end of February 2022 due to security concerns.
