Vladimir Putin Called Robert Kocharyan: 'Fact'

The newspaper 'Fact' reports that a phone conversation took place a few days ago between the second President of Armenia, Robert Kocharyan, and the President of Russia, Vladimir Putin.
According to the newspaper, the Russian leader called Kocharyan on August 31 to congratulate him on his 70th birthday.
The newspaper attempted to contact the office of the second President of Armenia to clarify details about the phone conversation, but was unsuccessful.
