Zelensky Announces That Putin Could Visit Kyiv for Negotiations
The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, may arrive in Kyiv to conduct negotiations on a peaceful resolution in Ukraine. This was announced by Volodymyr Zelensky during an interview with American ABC News.
Additionally, during a speech at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Putin reiterated that Moscow considers Ukraine the 'best place' for peace negotiations. He also promised that Zelensky would receive a '100 percent' security guarantee if he comes to the capital of Russia.
