Medvedev Comments on Proposals of the 'Volunteer Coalition' Regarding Ukraine
The Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, while present at the border with Finland, referred to the proposals of the 'Volunteer Coalition' concerning security guarantees for Ukraine as nonsense and heresy.
"It seems to me that this is simply inadequate. This is pure nonsense. What they are doing is heresy, or, it’s either nonsense, or just garbage, however you want to call it," Medvedev stated in response to a question from RIA Novosti about the package of security measures being developed for Ukraine by the 'Volunteer Coalition' in Paris.
