Ask Samvel Babayan what he has negotiated with the Azeris: Samvel Shahramanyan

I was not in Yevlakh, I did not conduct any negotiations, and the people who went there did not sign any documents. Humanitarian issues were discussed there. This was stated by Artsakh President Samvel Shahramanyan in a conversation with journalists, responding to the remark that Samvel Babayan talks more about the negotiations in Yevlakh than he does.

“Ask Samvel Babayan what negotiations he has conducted, through whom, who was aware in Armenia, and who authorized those negotiations,” he said.
