Putin-Aliyev Meeting Begins
Negotiations between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev have started in Astana, reports a correspondent from RIA Novosti.
Putin has also held meetings with the Emir of Qatar, the President of Palestine, and the President of Turkey, and has conducted trilateral negotiations with the leaders of Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan.
