Results Achieved in Washington Have Historical Significance: Aliyev

The results achieved in Washington have historical significance. This was stated today by Azerbaijan's President Ilham Aliyev during a meeting with the EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus, Magdalena Grono.

Aliyev particularly emphasized the role of the United States in this process. He noted that the Washington declaration signed with the mediation of the US, the preliminary signing of the peace agreement, and the joint call by Azerbaijan and Armenia to dissolve the Minsk Group are important steps in the peace process.
