No One Can Win Against the Republic in the HEC Case. The HEC Will Serve Armenia, Says Pashinyan

No one can win against the Republic in the HEC case; this issue has long been resolved, and the HEC should serve the people of Armenia. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a press briefing.

In response to whether the Government is preparing to implement the arbitration decision initiated against the Armenian Government regarding the HEC case, the Prime Minister noted, “It is impossible; it is an excluded scenario that, in any scenario, the HEC will continue not to serve the people of Armenia,” added Pashinyan.

It should be recalled that Samvel Karapetyan's defense council had announced that Samvel Karapetyan and his family had won the urgent arbitration case initiated against the Government of the Republic of Armenia regarding the HEC. The Government had reacted to the decision of the Stockholm arbitration institute regarding the HEC. Meanwhile, the arbitration institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce rejected the request to release Samvel Karapetyan.
