Andreasian on the Renovation of the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial Complex and Museum
The state has allocated approximately 800 million drams for the renovation of the Genocide Memorial Complex and Museum. This was announced by Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports Zhanna Andreasian during a press conference.
"The state has allocated 800 million drams for this project. These are significant funds aimed at ensuring that one of the most important places in the country has appropriate and necessary conditions," said Andreasian.
According to the minister, the work has proceeded in phases as stipulated in the contract and has met all legislative requirements. "This is a crucial monument, and during the project development phase, nothing can receive a positive conclusion without going through the scientific and methodological council. Both the memorial complex and the museum will be restored to their original appearance after the necessary works are completed," Andreasian added.
