New Wave of Scams in Armenia

A new wave of scams has emerged. Information security expert and media specialist Samvel Martirosyan shared this on his Facebook page.

“They are calling, offering to connect to 5G. Or from the bank. In all cases, they suggest contacting via WhatsApp, doing some actions, and downloading an application. Don’t fall for it; no legitimate company will ever make such an offer,” wrote media expert Samvel Martirosyan.
