A Ban Imposed on the 'Sil Plaza' Business Center Building

A ban has been imposed on the building of the 'Sil Plaza' business center, owned by 'Grzo Plaza' LLC, preventing its alienation until a final court decision is reached. This information has been obtained from the Judicial Information System.

Khachatur Sukiasyan's press secretary, Anna Mkrtchyan, stated in an interview with NEWS.am that this is a normal legal process, and the court proceedings are currently ongoing.

The Cadastre Committee is responsible for the case, while 'Grzo Plaza' LLC has been involved as a third party. The first court hearing is scheduled for February 16, 2023.

It is noteworthy that 'Sil Plaza' is owned by Khachatur Sukiasyan, a member of the National Assembly from the 'Civil Contract' faction and a businessman.
