Germany's Total Financial Support to Ukraine Reaches 50.5 Billion Euros

Since the end of February 2022, Germany has spent a total of 50.5 billion euros to support Ukraine. This information was reported by the DPA agency, citing data from the German Ministry of Finance, following a visit to Kyiv by the ministry head, Lars Klingbeil.

Of the total amount, approximately 25 billion euros have been allocated for the reception and accommodation of Ukrainian refugees, 17 billion euros for the supply of weapons to the Ukrainian armed forces and training of military personnel, 6.7 billion euros for civilian assistance, and 1.9 billion euros for budgetary support.

According to financial budget planning, Germany intends to provide military support to Kyiv at a rate of more than 8 billion euros annually until 2027.
