Israel Launches Airstrikes on Yemen's Capital Sana'a
Israel has launched airstrikes on Yemen's capital Sana'a and its surrounding areas, with explosions reported, a Yemeni source told RIA Novosti.
The Houthi movement, which controls northern Yemen, announced that it has targeted Israel's Ben Gurion Airport as well as two sites in Tel Aviv and Ashkelon.
"Explosions can be heard in Sana'a and its vicinity due to Israeli airstrikes," the source stated.
Earlier reports indicated that Israel had also struck southern Lebanon.
