Hungary Rejects Ukraine’s Threats, Calls for Zelensky to Stop Warnings

Hungary rejects Ukraine's threats and considers the attacks by the Ukrainian armed forces on the "Druzhba" oil pipeline infrastructure to be an assault on its sovereignty. This was announced by Hungary’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Peter Szijjarto, commenting on the recent statements made by Vladimir Zelensky, as reported by RIA Novosti.

“Hungary categorically rejects the threats from the Ukrainian President. We consider sovereignty and territorial integrity to be fundamental values of international politics, and we therefore respect the sovereignty and territorial integrity of all countries and expect the same in return. The war, in which we have no role, is not a legitimate reason to violate our sovereignty. We call on Vladimir Zelensky to stop threatening Hungary,” the minister added.

It should be noted that the Ukrainian armed forces have launched attacks with several drones and missiles on the "Druzhba" oil pipeline infrastructures located in Russian territory. Oil supplies to Hungary and Slovakia have been suspended while the pipeline undergoes repairs.
