For the First Time, Russians Have Made Serious Concessions to Trump: Pence

For the first time in the 3.5-year conflict in Ukraine, the Russians have made serious concessions to Trump. This was announced by U.S. Vice President J.D. Pence.

"They have shown flexibility on a number of key demands. They have started talking about what is necessary to end the war," the Vice President said.

He added, "I didn't say that the Russians have conceded everything. But they have accepted that Ukraine will maintain its territorial integrity after the war. They have acknowledged that they cannot establish a puppet regime in Kyiv, which was one of the main demands at first."

"Russia does not want a ceasefire for complex reasons. We do not control Russia's actions; if we did, the war would have ended seven months ago," Pence stated.

"Ultimately, it will be up to Ukrainians to decide where their country's territorial boundaries will be," Pence added.
