How to Easily Lose Hard-Won Victories and Accept a Shameful Defeat: Senor Hasratyan

This was the third war I witnessed. During the first and April Wars, I led the Defense Army's information system, and in the third one, I merely observed, as I had no authority to intervene in the processes. This was stated by the former spokesperson of the Artsakh Defense Army, Senor Hasratyan, on his Facebook page.

He particularly noted, “In the first two, I realized how a victory can be achieved from defeat, while in the third, how easily hard-won victories can be lost and a shameful defeat accepted... I undoubtedly have my own views on the causal relationships of what happened, but I will share more on that later... And that is not very far off.”
